People often ask what do I miss most about Stillwater? The answer is simple – the people, of course. Among all the beauty and charm of the quaint town are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Little Olivia and my Ryan were in kindergarten together 4 years ago yet hanging with her made it feel like just yesterday. Time flies. Happy to spend time with this beautiful family.
Dodging thunderstorms and hanging with some of Stillwater’s finest. So proud to say this handsome and kind young man is my cousin’s son and I’ve known him all my life Super excited to see what the next chapter brings him after high school, as a decorated discus thrower. Way to go at State this year!
Just a quick glimpse at a handful of photo sessions I did in MID-APRIL in 2012! Amazing flowering tress both at Lake Harriet in Minneapolis and Aamodt’s Apple Orchard in Stillwater. I can’t help but wonder if we’ll even have them late this year? None of the trees I’ve seen even show a hint of a bud Anyhow, here’s to dreaming! www.teresahermesphotography.com
It was a ‘pretty in pink’ kind of morning when I met up with Baby Winslet, her mom, and big sister at the studio. This little baby hardly said ‘boo’ while her big sister (only 14 months!) was entertaining us all and made sure to make up for her younger sister’s lack of chitchat. I bet these two blonde haired, blue-eyed beauties will be the best of friends in no time
I cannot WAIT to share this family session in full! Such a beautiful and affectionate family, not shy at all about expressing their feelings towards one another and I LOVE IT! I am very much about PDA with my kiddos – I can’t hardly stop hugging, smoothing, snuggling with them and love to see other people do the same. The family photos from our session really capture their closeness and fun-loving dynamics. I will soon share the full link! But for now, a quick glance at this beautiful Stillwater family!
I have been photographing this little guy and his family since he was a teeny tiny newborn baby! And now … he is going to be a big brother! So fun, such a blessing to watch families grow I love how his playful personality has just blossomed and he had me cracking up the entire time – such a ham!!: )
